The BEST Hackathon 2025 is a unique two-day competition where students can demonstrate their skills and creativity by solving real-world problems. Topics include programming, web development, artificial intelligence, design, PR and marketing. This year, the event is organized in collaboration with Startup Club Skopje. At this Hackathon, participants have the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience working on a real-world problem, meet the top staff of Startup Club Skopje with whom they have the opportunity for further cooperation, and win great prizes!
The event will be held in the modern premises of Startup Club Skopje on February 22 and 23, 2025. The deadline for registration is February 6, 2025.
Hackathon 2025 offers the opportunity to work on a project for rebranding and renewal of the website srekja.mk, provided by the partner Startup Club Skopje. Teams will have the freedom to use programming languages and tools of their choice, as well as complete freedom of creativity. Mentors will provide support and guidance throughout the event.
Participants can familiarize themselves with the current state of the srekja.mk website and think about improvements. Preparations may include researching best practices in web development and design, as well as practicing team communication and task allocation. When preparing, it is recommended to conduct research in the areas of PR, marketing, artificial intelligence and automation.

The evaluation will be based on the final idea, not the finished project/solution. The evaluation will take into account:

with an advantage given to teams with excellent presentations to capture the idea,
such as a made mockup for the rebranded website.

Participants with skills in PR and marketing will be tasked with presenting their work in the best possible way. Good communication and effective presentation can increase the value of the final project.
